GovCIO is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Data Analyst will be responsible for the data monitoring and report management during VistA Pre and Post Cutover activities. The activities to move from VistA to the new Federal EHR environment is a well-organized and analytical process which requires monitoring of the data movements and reporting on any legacy software usage data elements. This position is a fully remote within the United States with core hours of operation from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM ET.

Responsibilities Manage data cutover preparations and monitoring cutover activities.Gather and produce cutover status reports during pre and post cutover activitiesLeverage excellent writing skills to translate complicated issues to create a concise, and well-written narrativeDevelop and maintain summary data dashboards, workflow automation tools for executive and technical audiencesDevelop or provide feedback on clear and concise data communications products and materials for internal or external audiencesConduct research, analyze information needs, and perform analysis to support the delivery of report artifactsTrack, forecast, and report on project progress including metrics and challengesFormulate responses for weekly executive report Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research and 8+ years of experience. (or commensurate experience)5 years related work experience required.Certifications in relevant UX software plus 3-5 years of relevant experience OR 5 to 7 years of relevant experience may be substituted for educationGreat interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervisionSolid experience with Microsoft and other collaborative tools including Teams, Power Apps, Jira, etc.Advanced skills in using MS Office applications, particularly SharePoint and Power Apps administration for managing dashboards and team communications across the enterprise.Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess analytical skillsClearance Required: Ability to obtain/maintain VA Suitability/Public Trust clearance Company Overview

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
