As a Data Analyst Intern, you will be primarily responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards that support critical decision-making across the operations. **Key Responsibilities** As an intern, your main tasks will include: + Designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor and communicate key industrial performance metrics. + Collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from different sources to ensure accurate and reliable insights. + Collaborating with operations managers, business leaders and data experts to understand reporting requirements. + Optimizing dashboards for performance and user experience. + Exploring opportunities for predictive analytics, contributing to the development of forward-looking indicators to support operational decision-making. + Documenting processes and providing training materials for dashboard users. **You will bring:** + Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. + Familiarity with Power BI and basic knowledge of how to design clear and effective visualizations. + Proficiency in at least one programming language (SQL or Python). + Curious and exploring mindset + Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. + Fluent in English. + Experience with Microsoft Fabric is considered a nice to have. **You will get:** + A meaningful internship experience beyond academic learning, where you are fully integrated into a team and encouraged to explore, ask questions, and contribute with impact. + Monthly allowance according to the Syensqo bar. + Food allowance. + Teleworking a few days a week. + Access to a training platform for all employees. + Participation in various on-site events, including well-being sessions, seminars, and other employee activities. **Additional information:** + Location: Brussels + Duration: 3 to 6 months + Start date : March/April 2026 About us + Syensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play.
