Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Understanding Business Context & Problem Discovery

Demonstrates knowledge of industry and environmental factors and business practices across domains (e.g., product, finance, marketing, sales, technology, HR).

Translates ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable documentation and data-backed definitions.

Supports the development of business cases and recommendations by evaluating the value chain and identifying high-impact automation opportunities.

Quickly acquires domain knowledge to lead requirements capture, develop BRDs, inform prioritization, and evaluate deliverables.

Data Source Identification, Extraction & Visualization

Understands business data requirements and selects appropriate tools - including advanced SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and emerging platforms - for analysis and visualization.

Identifies and integrates suitable data sources while maintaining strong data quality awareness.

Ensures compliance with data governance policies and performs necessary data cleansing activities.

Designs and delivers customer-focused visualizations that effectively communicate insights.

Presents findings clearly to influence stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.

Tech Problem Formulation & Exploratory Data Analysis

Applies analytics and automation techniques to address business problems with a clear understanding of use cases and desired outcomes.

Conducts exploratory data analysis using statistical techniques to identify trends, outliers, and correlations.

Supports conclusions with clear, data-driven insights that inform decision-making.

Collaboration, Execution & Continuous Improvement

Collaborates cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and solution scope.

Builds strong stakeholder relationships and supports business solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Anticipates needs, identifies opportunities, and drives continuous improvement beyond assigned tasks.

Demonstrates flexibility and a growth mindset by learning and applying emerging technologies.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
