**Job Title: Data Analyst II (Business Intelligence Developer)** **Location: Maple Grove, MN (3 days a week hybrid)** **Pay Range: $35/hr - $41/hr** **What’s the Job?** We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an ability to translate business needs into insightful solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate insights effectively. • Gather and understand business requirements; translate requirements into reports for analysis. • Develop and maintain data models, data sources, and Tableau data extracts to support reporting needs. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including strategy, marketing, and IT-to ensure accurate and timely data delivery. • Optimize dashboards for performance, user experience, and data refresh efficiency. • Support end users with troubleshooting, dashboard enhancements, and training as needed. • Perform data analysis, identify trends, and validate data accuracy across multiple data sources. Quality System Requirements In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
