**Pay Range:** $50/ hr to $52/ hr (On W2)
We are looking for a **“Data Analyst II** ” to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Data Analyst II** to support our forecasting and business analytics initiatives. This role requires strong skills in statistical modeling, data analysis, and reporting, with a focus on delivering insights to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) **and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.**
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mathematics or supply chain, and experience working with global teams and senior leadership. You will play a key role in generating monthly reports and ad-hoc analysis using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, Tableau, and BW.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, maintain, and distribute monthly reports and dashboards for global teams and leadership.
+ Utilize statistical modeling and forecasting techniques to support the IBP process.
+ Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics.
+ Prepare and present data insights using advanced Excel functions and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP BW).
+ Create and monitor forecast accuracy reports on a monthly basis.
+ Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as needed.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a supply chain or planning environment.
+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BW.
+ Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Experience with S&OP or IBP processes is a plus.
