As a Mid-Level Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to generate insights that guide strategic business decisions. This role goes beyond data manipulation—you will uncover opportunities, evaluate business tradeoffs, and clearly communicate actionable recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, explore data, and influence decision-makers through evidence-based insights.
**Job Title** : Mid-Level Data Analyst
**Location:** Cincinnati, OH, 100% Onsite
**Pay Range: $50/hr. W2**

**Key Responsibilities**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to executives, business partners, and technical teams.
+ Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance.
+ Develop and present multiple solution options, clearly articulating assumptions, risks, tradeoff's, and expected outcomes.
+ Apply statistical and analytical techniques (e.g., regression, predictive modeling, machine learning, or causal inference) to support strategic initiatives.
+ Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable, decision-ready insights.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams (product, operations, finance, engineering, etc.) to define metrics, answer business questions, and drive alignment.
+ Standardize and improve data processes, data quality, and data availability across teams.
+ Independently manage analytical projects from problem definition through insight delivery and stakeholder adoption.
**What You Bring**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets.
+ Solid experience in exploratory data analysis, identifying patterns, anomalies, and key business drivers.
+ Experience applying statistical modeling or advanced analytics (e.g., regression, predictive models, ML techniques, or causal analysis).
+ Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard design and data visualization best practices.
+ Ability to clearly communicate analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity, creativity, and a focus on measurable business impact.
+ Comfortable working independently while collaborating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
**Nice to Have**
Experience working in cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, or modern data stacks.
Prior experience influencing senior stakeholders or executive leadership.
