About You

Analyze datasets using SQL, R, or Python to apply insights, identify trends, and address business challenges. Create and modify reports and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, organizing data to communicate effectively to decision-makers. Engage with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and adapt insights into actionable solutions. Implement statistical analyses, including regression models and forecasting, to analyze key trends. Plan and participate in the development and implementation of data automation processes to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure the accuracy and quality of data through organized validation processes and adherence to data governance principles. Stay engaged with industry trends and continuously adapt by recommending improvements to the data analytics process as necessary.About the Team
The team consists of two core groups:
One focused on product ownership, andThe other dedicated to deep data analysis and operational insights, where this new role sits.You would be joining a collaborative, hands‑on environment where data is at the heart of decision‑making. The team handles large‑scale data operations, supports onboarding of new data sources, and drives continuous improvements in data quality and system performance.
Hours of Work
This is a permanent, full‑time role with standard EMEA working hours (9:00–17:00). While the core schedule is consistent, the position does require occasional flexibility to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple time zones.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
