About the Role:

An experienced Data Analyst is someone who scrutinizes information using data analysis tools. He or she is familiar with supply chain and manufacturing processes and can use advanced computerized models to extract and visualize data. Harman’s key tools are Power BI and Qlik Sense.  This position is also expected to be able to communicate with cross-functional teams globally, be results-driven, validate data visualizations, and create user guides and provide leadership to other team members.

What You Will Do:

Design, develop, and present reports using a BI visualization tool to facilitate teams in making critical business decisionsPreparing reports for management that effectively communicate trends, patterns, predictions, and recommendations using relevant dataTransform or digitalize Excel-based data/reports into cloud-based data/reportsCreate and track KPIs and reports on supply chain/manufacturing/SIOP’s performanceCollaborate with internal and external programmers, stakeholders, and functional leaders to identify and execute opportunities for supply chain/manufacturing/SIOP’s process efficiency improvementsCode in Snowflake with connectivity to Power BI and QlikSense-based reporting developmentIdentify, develop, and execute tools or platforms to improve Supply Chain Operations efficiency

What You Need to Be Successful:

At least 3 years of professional experience in data warehouse building, data analytics, and business analysisProficiency with one or more popular BI visualization tools like Qlik Sense / Power BI / Tableau / OBIEE etc.Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with at least two days at the office

Bonus Points if You Have:

Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalentThe ability to analyze, model and interpret dataThe ability to plan work and meet deadlinesElectronic industrial experienceProcurement / supply chain background
