Job Description Insight Global is seeking an IT Analyst to work for one of our top clients in the Cleveland, OH area. This person is going to be working for data analysis, as well as report/dashboard design & development as it relates to the Team’s Data and Analytics Strategy. This position analyzes information and provides recommendations for changes in the data and/or business reporting in support multiple business functions (IT, Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain). This person should have a strong analytical mindset and someone that has worked with date. They should have strong experience working with PowerBI or another reporting tool. Skills and Requirements • 3+ years’ experience in a data visualization/reporting, data modeling, and analytics role • 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Power BI (or other advanced reporting & analytics tool) • Bachelor's Degree in: Computing Sciences, Information System, Business Intelligence, Data Science or related areas • Experience with SQL for report queries • Data engineering and modeling skills in SSIS, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, R, Python, or other languages is a plus • Masters Degree • Manufacturing industry background
