Skills and Requirements - 3-5+ years of experience as a Healthcare Data Analyst - SQL SME with deep expertise in query writing, optimization, and data manipulation. - Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries, including performance tuning and advanced data manipulation. - Proficiency in using Python (especially pandas) to build and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines. - Hands-on experience developing clear, data driven dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. - Strong written communication, development skills, and ability to convey insights clearly.
