Our client is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join their team. As an HR Data Analyst, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting data-driven decision-making across HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Collect and analyze HR data related to recruitment, turnover, compensation, performance, and employee engagement
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes and policies
Support workforce planning, forecasting, and HR-related projects
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
1+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related role
Proficiency with HRIS systems and data visualization tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with UKG is a plus
