That’s why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you’ve always envisioned. **WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE** : + Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. + Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and KPIs. + Uncover and communicate Voice of the Customer insights using data from call center sources. + Use SQL and Alteryx to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis. + Apply Python for automation, data processing, or advanced analytics. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. + Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all deliverables. + Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment. + This is an on-site role based in Irvine, California. **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS** **:** + Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. + 2-4 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role. + Proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx. + Strong analytical and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail. + Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and business needs. + Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** + Experience with Voice of Customer data or customer experience analytics. + Familiarity with other BI tools or data platforms is a plus. **WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU** One of our company’s Culture Beliefs says, “We champion our people.” That’s why we significantly invest in our game-changers, our infrastructure, and our capabilities to ensure long-term success for both our teams and our customers.
