**About the role!**
As a CMMS Data Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and usability of data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You will support operational excellence across Full Spectrum Lab Services by enabling on-account data-driven decision-making and optimizing asset tracking, maintenance workflows, and compliance reporting.
This is an onsite role. Candidate can be located in Lawrence , NJ or Boston, MA. No travel required.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Maintain and enhance CMMS data quality, including asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance schedules, and work order records.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Facilities Management, HSE, and Operations—to align CMMS configurations with evolving business needs.
+ Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
+ Support onboarding and training of site teams on CMMS usage and best practices.
+ Participate in recurring meetings such as the Monthly HSE Meeting - Full Spectrum Lab Services and Platform & Operations Team catch-up to align CMMS strategies with broader operational goals
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CMMS-related issues, escalating to IT or vendor support as needed.
+ Assist in the integration of CMMS with other enterprise systems to streamline data flow and reporting.
+ Coordinate data aggregation and curate reports using existing business intelligence and reporting applications.
+ Develop ad-hoc reporting based on the review of existing data sources.
+ Exhibit rigor, judgment, and ability to present a detailed 'data story' to a business line.
+ Confirm the quality and integrity of existing data sources.
+ Collaborate with the agile development team to provide recommendations and communications on enhancing existing or new processes and programs.
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Shown experience working with CMMS platforms in a facilities or lab services environment.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with asset tracking, maintenance planning, and compliance frameworks.
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. MCSE and CNE Certification preferred.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Analyst position is $73,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Data Analyst is $100,000 position is annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
