We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join a dynamic team within a growing manufacturing company. This position offers the opportunity to work with large data sets and develop foundational skills in SAP, a premier enterprise software application.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare purchase orders and manage requests in the ticketing system and vendor portals in collaboration with the IT function.Submit purchase quotes and verify coding in collaboration with the Technical Services team and the business.Ensure timely and accurate accruals related to purchase orders through communication with requestors, adhering to accounting policies and procedures.Resolve vendor inquiries concerning payment remittance details, misapplied payments, and outstanding balances.Perform other tasks as assigned.
Essential SkillsPassion for working with data and large data sets.Proficiency in Excel, which will be frequently used.Ability to service requests from the business to create or change master data records in SAP.Understanding of materials, Bills of Material, Customers, Vendors, and Pricing.
Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree required.Entry-level candidates with some internship or accounting experience.SAP experience is strongly preferred, though not mandatory.Advanced Excel skills are essential.

The role is based on-site at the headquarters with standard hours in a professional work environment. The position is within a highly visible department that supports finance, supply chain, materials, and other functions. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
