This job is part of the Data Science & Analytics job function. They are responsible for reviewing data that supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to develop business intelligence. **What You’ll Do:** + Use SQL and other scripting languages to develop and maintain complex queries that pull and curate data from multiple sources + Develop and maintain data dashboards and associated assets including scripts, tables, workflows, and supporting processes in accordance with team standards + Apply fundamental data structures and algorithms to solve complex problems + Define basic data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests. + Use programming and evaluation tools (e.g. Python), including open-source programs to plan models and extract insights. + Apply modeling and optimization methods to improve business performance. + Develop and maintain data models, data automation systems, low-code solutions, and reporting systems, and performance metrics support. + Develop ad-hoc reporting based on the review of existing data sources. + Exhibit rigor, judgment, and ability to present a detailed 'data story' to a business line. + Confirm the quality and integrity of existing data sources. + Collaborate with the agile development team to provide recommendations and communications on enhancing existing or new processes and programs. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Impact the quality of your own work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field with up to 1-4 years of relevant experience + In-depth experience with SQL, data visualization tools, ETL pipelines, and database management systems + Strong programming skills, experience in Python, and utilizing it for data analysis and evaluation tasks. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. The minimum salary for the Data Analyst position is $100,000 annually [or $48.07 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Data Analyst position is $115,000 annually [or $55.28 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
