Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to develop, test, and implement standardized reporting using tools such as Tableau, CRM Dynamics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Excel. This role involves troubleshooting dashboards and reports, verifying data quality, and making necessary adjustments to close reporting gaps. Additionally, the Data Analyst will calculate sales accruals and commissions monthly, update and provide statements to sales associates, and ensure timely and accurate payouts.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and implement standardized reporting utilizing Tableau, CRM Dynamics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Excel.Troubleshoot dashboards and reports, verify overall data quality, and apply adjustments to close reporting gaps.Calculate sales accruals and commissions on a monthly basis, update and provide statements to sales associates, and ensure payouts are timely and accurate.Troubleshoot sales associates’ issues with commission calculations, ensure solutions, and communicate directly with the manager and sales representative.Enable new insights for the field to take action, partnering with the BI and Finance teams to drive growth initiatives.Essential SkillsProficiency in Tableau.Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and pivot tables.Strong data analysis capabilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with CRM Dynamics and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.Work Environment

This is a fully remote role available on a 4-month contract covering for a leave of absence, with the potential for extension. Candidates from any time zone are welcome, provided they can train and work during Pacific Time hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $40.00/hr.
