Job Description
The Data Analyst position is a pivotal role responsible for supporting effective decision-making through comprehensive financial and market analysis. This includes hardware price and cost modeling, scenario planning, and executing detailed project plan timelines. The analyst will also conduct operational reporting and ad-hoc business analyses for leadership communication, develop evaluation frameworks for product cost improvement initiatives, and design systems and tools to adapt to rapidly changing business needs.
ResponsibilitiesSupport decision-making through financial and market analysis, focusing on hardware price and cost modeling.Execute detailed project plan timelines and conduct operational reporting.Perform ad-hoc business analyses for leadership communication.Develop evaluation frameworks for product cost improvement initiatives.Design and coordinate the development of systems and tools to meet growing business needs.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, variance analysis, and financial modeling.Strong communication skills for detailed project management tracking.Experience in cost calculation, hardware knowledge, data analysis, and V-lookups.Undergraduate degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.0-3 years of experience in capacity planning.Additional Skills & QualificationsGraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.Direct experience in operations or capacity planning is a plus.Fluency in standard software, including MS Excel and knowledge of SQL.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
