**Pay Rate:** Based on experience
**Work Hours:** M–F, 8:00am–5:00pm
**Education:** Associate degree or higher required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred
**Description**
The Data Analyst 2 supports process capability analysis, performance tracking, conformity, and compliance initiatives across multiple operational functions. This role collaborates with Project Quality Managers (PQMs), project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to collect, analyze, validate, and report process and attribute data. The position requires strong analytical skills, quality system knowledge, technical documentation experience, and the ability to work independently in a hands-on, onsite environment.
**Requirements:**
• Analyze and report on process capability, performance metrics, and compliance indicators
• Collect, validate, and analyze attribute and process statistical data
• Support PQMs and project managers with data reporting and analytics deliverables
• Verify conformance to predefined internal formats, standards, and governance requirements
• Document and track deviations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and closure activities
• Support CAPA and quality system documentation using ETQ or similar tools
• Capture, publish, and maintain action items and meeting minutes from governance meetings
• Support document audits, revisions, and creation of new technical and procedural documentation
• Perform onsite data collection across departments (e.g., shipping, operations, quality)
• Troubleshoot data, reporting, and system issues while maintaining stakeholder communication
**Education**
• 2+ year college, or Associate's degree required, or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Science, engineering, quality, data analytics, or related field preferred
**Qualifications**
• Data analysis, reporting, and statistical analysis skills
• Experience with quality systems, compliance tracking, or process analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with technical writing and documentation standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in both office and operational environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Power BI or data visualization experience highly preferred
