**Job Title:** Data & AI Governance Analyst **Location:** Calgary, AB Our client is seeking a Data & AI Governance Analyst to join their team. As a Data & AI Governance Analyst, you will be part of the Governance team supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Description:** + Support Enterprise Data & AI Governance Framework by contributing to the development, maintenance, and communication of data and AI standards, policies, and procedures. + Enable and Support Data Stewardship by onboarding, training, and guiding Data Stewards on data quality concepts and governance best practices. + Implement and Maintain Data Quality Framework to ensure alignment with enterprise data governance standards. + Define and Manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs) in collaboration with domain data stewards. + Build and Manage Data Quality Dashboards to monitor data health and provide actionable insights for stakeholders. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Business, or related field. + 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related roles. + Strong understanding of data & AI governance frameworks and best practices. + Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations. + Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. + Engagement in meaningful projects that impact data governance across the organization. + Professional development through training and resources. + Access to a supportive network of professionals in the field. + Chance to contribute to the establishment of data governance best practices.
