We are seeking an experienced and visionary Data & AI Consult Service Line Leader to drive the growth of our Data & AI Consult Service Line in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Growth
Lead the development and expansion of the Data & AI consult business across Italy country, driving signings and market share.
Identify, design, and implement value-driven customer propositions tailored to solve complex business challenges through Data and AI.
Develop Generative AI propositions and solutions leveraging best-of breed technologies integrated within Industry specific business and operational processes.
Collaborate with Consult Leaders and account teams to develop winning strategies for customers and new market opportunities.
2. Partner Ecosystem Management
Build and foster strong relationships with key technology partners, such as Hyperscalers and Data, AI and Gen-AI platform vendors.
Leverage the partner ecosystem to organize joint GTM activities, deliver scalable, innovative solutions and co-create new opportunities.
3. Customer Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their strategic objectives and driving impactful Data transformation and AI/Gen-AI adoption strategies.
Present to C-suite executives and stakeholders, articulating the value of Data & AI to enable business objectives and unlock the full potential of their data resources.
Ensure successful delivery of Data & AI projects, meeting quality and ROI expectations.
4. Service Line Leadership
Shape the Data & AI consult offering and capability vision, strategy, and roadmap for Italian market, working closely with global teams.
Develop Gen-AI capabilities with focus on different industry business and operational processes.
Build and lead a high-performing team of consultants, architects, scientists and engineers.
Accountable for delivering highly complex, consulting projects that provide lasting and measurable Data & AI solutions and services to our esteemed customers
Work with practice leaders to develop new plays with an articulated value proposition.
Drive internal initiatives to foster innovation, enhance delivery capabilities, and promote continuous learning.
5. Thought Leadership
Represent Kyndryl at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing expertise in Data & AI.
Contribute to content creation, such as whitepapers and webinars, to establish Kyndryl as a leader in the field.

As a Data & AI Consult Service Line Leader at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consult team, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts – presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years or more leading Data & AI consulting practices on business development and delivery.
10-15 year experience on Data & AI consulting projects with Client-facing role and responsibility on project delivery.
In-depth understanding of Analytics, Data Science, AI and Gen-AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Up-to-date knowledge and experience on current Data & AI tools fully leveraging Hyperscaler native solutions and capabilities (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery/BigTable, Vertex, …).
Deep expertise in one or more Industry in terms of processes, data, evolution trends, business objectives and challenges.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large scale technology projects.
Demonstrated ability to craft and articulate customer-centric value propositions and business cases.
Multi-year experience in managing partner ecosystems and leveraging partnerships to drive innovation and growth.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration.
Deep experience working with C-suite stakeholders and presenting complex solutions in business terms.
Extensive market knowledge of Italy business landscape and network.
Native/flluent Italian speaking, office location in Italy (Milan)
Preferred Skills and Experience
Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with industry-specific use cases of Data & AI solutions.
Experience with consulting methodologies, frameworks, and delivery models.
Skilled in planning, organization, analytics, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Comfortable working with statistics.
Master or Bachelor's degree in technical disciplines.
Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications.
