Job Description This role supports an ongoing ERP rollout and helps bring certified payroll current. The organization is currently six months behind, with 25 projects averaging 19 weeks behind, so this position requires exceptional accuracy, speed, and the ability to quickly learn multiple payroll and compliance systems. Key Responsibilities: • Enter certified payroll data into ERP and related systems with high accuracy. • Review ERP-generated reports and translate them into required certified payroll formats. • Complete wage determination sheets and ensure correct setup for each project. • Process and validate payroll in systems including EMARS, LCP Tracker, and other major certified payroll platforms. • Assist in cleanup and reconciliation efforts to bring all projects up to date. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and project specific reporting requirements. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll data with care. Skills and Requirements • Very strong attention to detail—accuracy is critical. • Fast learner who can pick up new systems quickly. • Comfortable with repetitive work and large volumes of data entry. • Experience with certified payroll systems (LCP Tracker, EMARS, etc.) preferred. • Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
