Job Description Summary

Primary purpose of the job:
Record and maintain up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data base in order to ground and secure cost effective and proactive operational and financial portfolio management for the occupier clients of Cushman & Wakefield GOS.

BSC/MSC degree is requiredNo relevant work experience is requiredData processing experience in international environment is an advantageWork experience on real estate field is an advantage

English language intermediateKnowledge of any other European language is an advantage

Responsibilities of the jobholder:

Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controlsDelivering the contracted service level

Regular tasks:

Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver:

Reading real estate leases and associated documents to record information regarding payments, critical dates, and responsibilities or comparing legal documentsEfficient management of own workload and ability to support other team members in their workloadManaging and being part of the back-up system within the teamSupporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relating her job
