Danish Speaking Sales Support Lead Nordics
We are currently looking for a Danish speaking sales support for an exciting, combined role as team leader and Danish customer support. This is a parental leave replacement for a year starting this spring.
Your responsibilities:
The Team leader plans and distributes the work tasks and supports the customer service team in the daily work and carries out daily operational tasks within that team. Coordinate local translation and adaptation of material into relevant communication channels. Secure clear and aligned work processes and team members’ compliance. Handling incoming orders and transforming them into the right products to the right customers at the right time. Secure high quality customer service team performance, leading and planning day-to-day customer support work and personnel related matters. Administrative tasks performed in the right time and with the right quality in for example EFH, SalesForce, Movex, Medvind, Concur and Complaints systems. Plan/perform regularly for marketing & customer service team meetings. Secure complaints are handled in a quick and well-structured manner.
Who you are:
Able to handle stressful situations and be creative to find relevant solutions to daily challenges. Capable to coach and grow junior as well as senior colleagues, both by “walk the talk” but also through a more observational coaching style. Clear and strong in your communication. Flexible and agile in your way of working. Problem solver with great can-do approach. Ability to prioritize workload with attention to details and ability to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. A true team player who likes interaction with customers as well as colleagues.
Your background / experience:
Experience of Marketing & Customer Care work. Able to follow up delivery performance and find ways to follow up customer satisfaction. Used to foster a good culture for successful teams and create an environment with best-in-class cooperation between sales, marketing and other internal functions. Experience working with order and marketing systems like Movex, EFH, SFDC etc. is a plus.
