Job Description: Alta High School is looking for a qualified head coach for their dance company. + Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and the community, promoting teamwork and collaboration among all groups. + Must be able to work with students, community, parents,and peers and promote a positive anner in bringing all these groups together. + Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of various styles of dance. + Provide instruction on fundamentals skuills and strategies to student-dancers + Motive and inspire students to excel both academically and personally. + Maintain professionalism and serve as a positive role model for student-dancers. + Effectively prepare students for various performances such as halftime shows, assemblies, and the Spring concert. + Must be at least 21 years old. + Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Skills: Previous dance coaching experience is preferred; high school varsity or collegiate-level experience is highly desirable.
