Job Summary:
We are working with a lovely family who live in West London who are looking for a Nanny to help look after their lovely 4 children (9, 6, 4 and 15 months old). The main focus during the day will be the youngest and some days while the older siblings are at school. In school holidays, it will be shared care will all the children.
As the Nanny will be doing the school run, a driving licence is essential (car will be provided).
Mum is looking for someone who is ok with shared care and has experience or an interest in conscience parenting style or at least wants to learn it – Steiner Method. Not often will the nanny have all 4 children on their own.
Job specification:
Playing and entertaining School pick up (30 mins drive) Take to playground/parks Arts and crafts Giving the girls tea – no gluten or processes food Keeping the childrens areas neat and tidy including the kitchen after use Organising the kids things, putting their toys and clothes away
Candidate specification:
Experience with children of similar age Cooking – interested in healthy eating, giving ideas of different dishes Someone open minded and adaptable Someone who has experience with progressive or conscience parenting style or would like to learn about that – Steiner Method Flexibility – some days may require an earlier/later start/finish Happy with a shared care role Driving Licence is essential and confident driving – car to be provided for while in duty Pet friendly – family have a small sausage dog Open to travelling with the family
Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
