A family based in Chelsea are looking for a nanny to join them are care for their two children. The family is looking for a confident and experienced nanny to provide their little ones with love, support and a nurturing environment. The duties will be a mix of sole a shared charge as mum is currently on maternity leave.
The successful candidate will use their experience to bring fresh ideas that support the children with their learning and development and different milestones.
Job specification:
Undertaking all daily nanny duties and following the children’s daily routine/schedule Planning/preparing learning and development activities at home to support the different milestones Communicating with the parents and working in collaboration Attending groups, activities and playdates – the family have a membership to Purple Dragon Going for walks and to the park Preparing healthy meals/snacks and supporting with weaning when the little boy moves to solids Emptying the dishwasher and cleaning up the kitchen after cooking meals Undertaking all housekeeping duties in relation to the children Someone who would be open to travelling with the family a couple of times a year – e.g. to Scotland, Sweden and skiing Open to occasional babysitting and occasional proxy parenting (paid additional)
Candidate specification:
Experience working with babies and toddlers is required and able to support the different milestones Must be happy to work in a home with pets (the family have a small dog) A driver is required and a car can be provided for work purposes The successful candidate would be confident, proactive and engaging when it comes to working with children
Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
