**Responsibilities** **_(List all)_** · Lead D365 Commerce strategy, roadmap, and execution across B2B, Distributor, and internal Sales Portal experiences. · Own functional design for enterprise Commerce scenarios such as: o On-Behalf-Of ordering (distributors placing orders for end customers) o Customer catalog & pricing segmentation for distributors and end customers o PunchOut integration, ATP visibility, saved carts, quote workflows, and role‑based permissions · Functional Requirements & Fit/Gap Leadership · Lead requirements definition and ensure all Commerce capabilities are aligned with business needs. · Manage major Commerce capability related to Pricing controls for specific distributor/end‑customer combinations · Translate business needs into functional designs, user flows, and backlog items. · Oversee integration architecture across D365 Commerce, D365 F&O, Experlogix configurator, BASOFA B2B platform, and other digital systems. · Ensure consistency of order entry rules across channels (internal orders, distributor portal, B2B commerce) · Drive API, OData, middleware, and data mappings across Commerce and F&O. · Own test planning for Commerce workstreams including access, data setup, and scenario coverage for Commerce flows. · Coordinate with vendor teams to ensure timely readiness. · Serve as L3 escalation for Commerce issues across order capture, pricing, catalog, checkout, and integration flows. · Work with partners and internal engineering teams to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve production defects. · Act as Commerce solution SME for leadership, business teams, and cross‑functional workstreams. · Present Commerce updates, capability gaps, and solution risks in governance forums, PMO calls, and SteerCo discussions. Required Skills / Qualifications / Certifications / Tech Stack (List all) Essential • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics (AX/D365) with at least 4+ years in D365 Commerce. • Strong expertise in B2B commerce, distributor portals, sales ordering workflows, PunchOut, pricing, and customer segmentation. • Hands‑on experience integrating Commerce with F&O, configurators (Experlogix), order management, pricing engines, and middleware. • Proven ability to lead functional design, CRP/UAT cycles, and solution delivery. • Strong understanding of catalog management, channel hierarchies, role‑based access, workflows, and digital ordering UX. Preferable • Knowledge of BASOFA Elevate B2B, Lumovy, Sana, or similar platforms. • Understanding of security models and role-based permissions in D365. • Familiarity with Power Platform for workflow extensions and user provisioning flows. • Experience with complex pricing engines or CPQ systems.
