D&T Product Sr Manager Job ID 253289 Posted 07-Jan-2026 Service line Corporate Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Digital & Technology/Information Technology Location(s) London - England - United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland **About the Role:** As a CBRE D&T Product Sr. Manager, you will oversee a large team that creates products based on complex user needs, business objectives, and advanced technical feasibility. This job is part of the Product Management job function. They are responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of products and product extensions during all life cycle stages. **What You’ll Do:** + Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. + Ensure all products meet the expectations and requirements of the end user. + Define complex user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product requirements. Communicate requirements to the development team. + Work closely with Sr. designers, Sr. engineers, and Sr. business professionals in a collaborative environment to create strategic, product roadmaps. + Identify and define ongoing advanced product features that align with the business strategy. + Provide regular updates to key stakeholders. + Oversee the daily Agile process. This includes daily scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities. + Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans. + Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity. + Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department. + Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
