PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-driven Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy for a leading aerospace organization in Lenexa, KS. In this role, your precision and accountability will directly impact production flow, shipping accuracy, and operational excellence in a highly regulated aerospace environment.
This is a full-time, first-shift consultant role (6-month contract, temp-to-perm) with consistent hours and expected overtime.
Position DetailsJob Type: Full-Time | Consultant (6 months, Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Lenexa, KS 66219
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2nd shift
Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy
Verify item quantity and condition
Maintain accurate inventory records using barcodes and computerized inventory systems
Execute stock transactions within inventory management systems
Support shipping, receiving, order pulling, and kitting/picking as needed
Ensure inventory accuracy that supports daily aerospace manufacturing operations
Required Qualifications2–3 years of direct cycle counting experience (required)
Some experience pulling orders
Shipping and receiving experience strongly preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Ability to read and follow simple written and verbal instructions
Basic computer and data entry skills
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
In lieu of diploma/GED: minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Physical RequirementsConstant standing
Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Additional RequirementsReliable transportation
Reliable attendance — punctuality is critical
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
