**Job Title: Cycle Counter** **Job Description** The cycle counter will be responsible for executing assigned bin audits and submitting completed audits to the inventory team lead. The role involves performing full cycle counts as assigned, along with cleanup, item validation, box label printing, and marking. Administrative work must be submitted to leadership daily in a timely manner. The position requires operating a cherry picker for case picks and inventory verification at heights. **Responsibilities** + Complete inventory transactions, including issuing materials, inventory adjustments, work order receipts, scrap transactions, and location & bin transfers. + Execute stock transfers and cycle counts as needed. + Physically count all inventoried materials in stock and post totals to inventory records. + Verify physical counts of stock, adjust errors in computation or count, and investigate and report reasons for discrepancies. **Essential Skills** + Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Steel Toe or Composite Toe Shoes. + Capability to bend and lift boxes as needed. + Previous inventory experience of some kind (even if it isn't cycle counting). + Experience on stand-up forklift equipment with no fear of heights (will be on cherry picker). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in manufacturing, packaging, logistics, supply chain, and material handling. + Proficient in operating reach trucks and cherry pickers. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy lifting. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy full benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401k plan. The shift is from 7am to 3:30pm, with mandatory overtime from 6am to 4:30pm, including most Saturdays and Sundays at month-end for inventory purposes. The position involves working in the warehouse and occasionally on the production floor to track scrap and ensure accurate inventory usage. Steel toe or composite toe shoes are required, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks is essential. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainfield, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $19.00/hr.
