**Job Title: Cycle Counter** **Job Description** The Cycle Counter is responsible for managing the execution and reporting of the Cycle Count Program across all component warehouses. This role requires ensuring inventory accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, and preparing inventory analysis reports. The Cycle Counter supports root cause analysis and recommends process improvements while conducting meetings to present inventory accuracy and performance updates. Shift: 1st shift Pay: $20/hour **Responsibilities** + Manage execution and reporting of the Cycle Count Program for all component warehouses. + Reconcile inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments. + Prepare inventory analysis reports. + Support root cause analysis and recommend process improvements. + Conduct meetings to present inventory accuracy and performance updates. + Assist with inventory accuracy procedures and system updates. **Essential Skills** + Prior inventory analysis experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting. + Strong communication skills and attention to detail. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook). + Experience using MRP/DRP systems, Syspro preferred. + Inventory valuation skills and basic math proficiency. + Forklift operation experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma. + Inventory/cycle counting experience. + Experience with MRP/DRP systems. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office. + Sit down forklift experience. **Why Work Here?** Our company values a collaborative work environment where employees are encouraged to contribute to process improvements. Employees use advanced inventory control technologies including RF scanners and engage in shipping and receiving tasks. The facility supports a casual dress code. **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of Gurnee, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
