Job Description
Work with Security Operations Center (SOC) and security providers to triage and remediate incidents and investigations under the guidance of the team managerContribute to the incident response effort for multinational cyber incidentsMaintain internal communication and record keeping for incidents and investigationsWork on the day-to-day Incident Response planWork with End User and Network/Server infrastructure teams to complete incident response events and insider investigationsWork with responsible parties to maintain a vulnerability management program
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ related hand-on experience with MNC, Shared Services Organization or Cybersecurity OrganizationBachelor's Degree in a relevant area of study with a preference for Information Security, Computer Science or Computer EngineeringDemonstrated skills in Cyber analysis and traffic analysis tools (eg Wireshark), Cyber forensics, White hat hacking/blue team analysis and report writingExperience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) platforms such as CrowdStrike or other next generation EDR platformsStrong understanding of security incident management, malware management and vulnerability management processesUnderstanding of Security Frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO27001)Background in networks, firewall managementExperience of multiple SIEM and SOAR tools and protocols
Good to have:
Experience with an SWG (Secure Web Gateway) and SSE (Security Service Edge) like NetskopeFlexibility to support EMEA (Europe) Mornings is a plusExperience with cybersecurity employee training and campaignsFormal CERT or SANS certification, for example, CERT-Certified Computer Security Incident Handler (CSIH) and/or preferred Information Security designations such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH would be advantageous
