Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer – Threat Management to join their team. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be part of the Cyber Security Department supporting the Threat Management and Incident Response teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Cyber Security Engineer - Threat Management**
**Location: Onsite - Memphis, Raleigh, Charlotte, Raleigh, Dallas**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Respond to SOC alerts, perform analysis, and contain security events.
+ Provide Tier II support for escalated security incidents.
+ Support the Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT) in detection, analysis, and containment of attacks.
+ Operate configuration and file integrity management programs to track changes and deviations.
+ Collect and analyze threat intelligence, create actionable intelligence products using MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in cyber threat or information security.
+ Familiarity with compliance regulations (SOX, PCI-DSS, GLBA, Federal Banking).
+ Proficiency in cloud security and incident response in Azure.
+ Knowledge of configuration management and file integrity tools (e.g., Tripwire).
+ Security certifications (CISSP, GSEC, GCIH, CEH) preferred but not required
