This position is responsible for the administration and support of the cyber security infrastructure. You will be administering cyber security applications and infrastructure, articulating technical security requirements, monitoring the effectiveness of the existing IT security technologies, and raising the level of security awareness and policy compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day operation of cyber security applications which includes but is not limited to, data loss prevention (DLP), antivirus/EDR, PKI certificate management, firewalls, log management/correlation (SIEM), email protection, and vulnerability management.Perform continuous administration, support and monitoring of security applications and infrastructure to ensure availability of systems.Enforce security best practices across network firewalls, Linux/Unix/Microsoft operating systems, workstations, servers, databases, mobile and other corporate assets.Troubleshoot application issues by analyzing system logs, identifying root causes and implement effective solutions to restore functionality and availability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security technologies and best practices into other areas of the business.Perform effective and timely research about cyber security issues.Define, create, and document information security standards, procedures, and guidelines.Maintain accurate and up to date system documentation.Perform after-hours or weekend maintenance and security support as needed.Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies. Qualifications

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

Hands on experience in cyber security as it relates to workstation security, server security, secure network communications, and data storage security. Practical experience with vulnerability scanning, PKI certificate management, SIEM, email protections, and other typical security applications.Strong network security knowledge around firewall management, network segmentation and wireless security.Ability to define and implement appropriate cyber security requirements and controls.General understanding of cloud security best practices (Azure/GCP).Ability to process large amounts of data and think critically.Process focused individual with ability to understand complex global systems and interdependencies.Writing is clear, precise, and well organized, using appropriate terminology and tone; proficient in analyzing and preparing written assessments and recommendations for remediation or improvement.Strong project management discipline, research skills and multi-tasking abilities; prioritizes work activities, sets goals, and develops realistic action plans.Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, anticipates barriers to execution; gathers and analyzes information, considers alternate solutions, and achieves results despite resource constraints.Communicates effectively in both private and public forums, articulating thoughts, and ideas in a fluent and organized manner.Relates well to people, is approachable and builds effective relationships using diplomacy and tact.Ability to self-manage.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor's or Associates degree in the field of information technology, business or related field or combination of applicable education and work experienceMinimum of 3 years relevant experienceCISSP, Sec+ or other comparable industry certification a plus

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $63,000 -$110,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
