Responsibilities
The Operations Administrator position participates on the Identity & Access Management Operations team; you will be responsible for performing the following duties:
Work collaboratively across NBCU Cyber and I&AM to help drive operations forwardMonitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding the following services:DNS (Infoblox, Neustar, Microsoft)Directory Services (Azure AD, Active Directory)Group Management, DFS, and other related servicesSailpoint and WavesetIGA system alertsCyberArk and Netwrix OperationsLearn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting servicesSupport Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findingsSplunk DashboardingPowerShell creation and automationPublic Key InfrastructureReview Application Monitoring reports and ensure we have adequate response and alertingAssist in performing RCAs for system-level support issues and incidentsThe Operations Administrator must have 2+ years’ experience in the technical spaces listed
Active Directory administrationDNS administration (Infoblox, Microsoft DNS)Domain name administration and registrationScripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)Windows / Linux / Mac administration and configurationBasic networking knowledge and troubleshootingSQL, Ping, AzureSailPoint, TomcatDesired Characteristics
