**The Opportunity:**
CACI's Spectrum Superiority Line of Business is seeking a **Cyber Security Engineer.** As a member of the Spectrum Superiority, you will work to deliver, support and maintain our DFARS compliant operating environments for CACI’s engineering users by delivering system security plans, supporting enclave network boundary definition and architecture, designing and supporting hardened computer, network devices, cloud services, and provide security operations leadership to protect highly sensitive data for our endpoints, servers, and OT/IoT. The candidate will work directly with the various divisions and departments within Spectrum Superiority to support all major enclaves that sustain engineering operations and technical workflows. The candidate will be supported by the major CACI engineering operations network, and partner with CACI corporate service providers to deliver the secure operations environments required for program technical delivery needs. Additional responsibilities include technical risk assessment, testing and validation of remediation for vulnerabilities, and compliance guidance for our networking environments. Candidate will support governance of appropriate policy and compliance technology to meet or exceed applicable government and compliance.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide robust cybersecurity related guidance for supported CACI networks and supporting infrastructure inclusive of Software Defined Networking (SDN), Wireless, Layer-2 and Layer-3 IP networks hardware, and OT/IoT
+ Work with programs to assess the security risk and compliance levels of their system(s)
+ Develop, sustain, and support line of business System Security Plans (SSP)
+ Guide and lead teams on internal POA&Ms, change and major architectural items related to risk management, and change control for the line of business.
+ Research trends in cybersecurity threats as well as NIST 800 standards in support of these systems
+ Creation of mitigation strategies and follow up with stakeholders to ensure risk levels are documented at the appropriate levels and follow through with report writing as appropriate
+ Use data aggregation and analysis techniques and tools to provide valuable insight into the security posture of CACI’s infrastructure
+ Work within CACI and third parties to ensure that all networking technologies are engineered and deployed with security in mind by following industry best practices and are compliant within applicable guidelines.

+ Analyze security reports, review process documentation, assess test results and remediation plans
+ Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all business levels • Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
**Qualifications:**
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years’ experience with Cyber security
+ Strong Cyber Security background
+ Ability to obtain a security clearance, or an existing clearance
+ Knowledge of major Cloud Service Providers and their implementations
+ Knowledge of current and next generation IT technologies
+ Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Desired:
+ Experience working within the DoD
+ Production engineering, or other software and manufacturing experience
+ CYSA+, CISSP, CEH, Security+ and other network-based certifications desired
+ Secret or Top-Secret clearance
+ Previous experience with the design or implementation of cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities. (I.e., NIST-800)
+ Ability to work in a team-centric environment across diverse teams.
+ Established and productive individual contributor
+ Works independently with little general supervision
+ Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all business levels
+ Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills
+ Experience with risk management frameworks, DFARS 800-171, CMMC, ISO, NIST Demonstrate an intermediate level of knowledge in three or more of the following
+ Familiarity of SDN concepts
+ NIST 800 standards experience
+ Risk management and mitigation strategies
+ Implementation of security tools and automation or frameworks
+ Familiarity of cloud architecture including SaaS implementations
+ Possess in-depth knowledge of multifactor and identity management solutions
+ Possess in-depth knowledge of multifactor authentication, identity management, and privileged access solutions.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200-$158,100
