Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting essential shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate
**Location:** Buda, TX
**Pay Range:** $18hrly
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
+ Read customer orders and work orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, and shipped.
+ Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic.
+ Complete your work in a safe manner; adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
+ Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring loads arrive on time and in good condition.
**What's Needed?**
+ Basic written and verbal communication skills.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
+ Experience in dock or warehouse operations is a plus.
+ Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds.
