**Customer Service Representative** **Location:** San Antonio, TX 78154 **Pay Rate:** $16.00/hour **Schedule:** Rotating shifts, Monday–Saturday with a scheduled day off Shift Times: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | 10:00 AM–6:30 PM **Position Summary** Seeking a reliable and service-focused **Customer Service Representative** to support our operations by delivering outstanding service to customers, business partners, and drivers. In this role, you will be essential in helping us meet our service commitments and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the delivery experience. **Key Responsibilities** + Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email + Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner + Diagnose, assess, and resolve service-related issues + Monitor delivery route progress and provide updates as needed + Scan haul-away pods and verify proper documentation + Process delivery order changes, updates, or cancellations **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook **Preferred Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent + At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and organization + Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a customer-first approach ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
