**We are looking for** **IT Project Manager (Banking Domain)** **Location:** Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid – Onsite from Day 1) **Employment Type:** W2 Contract **Pay Rate:** Up to $70-75/hour (W2) **Job Description:** **We are seeking experienced** **IT Project Managers** **to support strategic initiatives within its growing technology organization. This is a** **hybrid role** **based in** **Jacksonville, FL** **and requires candidates to be** **onsite from Day 1** **. We are only considering** **local candidates** **with prior experience in the** **banking/financial services industry** **and strong expertise in** **IT governance** **.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects across various business units, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines. + Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver high-impact technology solutions. + Apply IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies. + Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk logs. + Facilitate project meetings, manage change requests, and ensure timely issue resolution. + Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technology teams throughout the project life cycle. **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience as an **IT Project Manager** in a **banking or financial services environment** . + Demonstrated knowledge of **IT governance** practices and regulatory compliance. + Experience managing complex, multi-phase IT projects (applications, infrastructure, data, etc.). + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. + Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.). + Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and lead cross-functional teams. **Nice to Have:** + PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification. + Experience with Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
