Major Responsibilities:  + Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system + Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year + Ensure customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accounts + Manage an allocated book of business for all customs needs. + Navigation of the CARM Client Portal + Follow SOPs + Coordinate and Dispatch freight upon request + Submit documents to CBSA + Complete entry requirements for various entries; Standard Filing, E29B, C-Type, V-Type Etc.
