(advantages, specificities, etc.)** 1 Defines and applies logistics plans for all transport activities for the entity (internal and external transport) respecting the incoterms policy, the customs and tax policy. 2 Expert in filing of Imports and Exports bills on customs platform 3 To respond and settle the queries raised by the customs authorities. 4 Control, monitor and report trading compliance 5 Settles transport disputes and manages stakeholders within his/her scope, monitors and analyzes incidents. 6 Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes **Candidate skills & requirements** System: Knowledge of customs and SEZ rules Expertise in tax and legal rules of transport, Incoterms Risk Management knowledge.
