Job Title: Customer Transport Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

As a Customer Transport Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating vehicle relocation services, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and execute customer vehicle relocation orders with accuracy and efficiency
+ Schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring all instructions are followed precisely
+ Oversee additional services such as vehicle detailing, titling/registration, and storage placement
+ Communicate clearly and promptly with staff and independent contractors via email, phone, and CRM
+ Maintain accurate records in CRM, including timely updates and document uploads
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and DOT regulations
What We’re Looking For
+ Strong customer service skills and a proactive communication style
+ Confidence in decision-making and ownership of responsibilities
+ Effective time management and multitasking abilities
+ Comfort with CRM systems and advanced computer skills
+ High school diploma required; inventory experience is a plus
+ Minimum typing speed of 37 WPM and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
