Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:          

Provide technical response and assistance in a timely manner to the customers in the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of product linesRespond to phone calls and emails from customers and GE Field Service Engineers (FSE) to resolve field issuesAssist the customer with Aircraft on Ground (AOG) spare part support and issue resolutionFacilitate meetings with cross function focal for AOG recovery planManage escalations that arise during operationsLead collaboration with counterparts and partners, make sure flowless turnover and continuous process improvement

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 8 of experience in aviation industry is requiredMust be fluent in Chinese and EnglishProficient in MS Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPointMust be highly motivated, self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and proven abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProven ability to establish productive working relationships in a cross-functional team environmentProven written and verbal communication skillsEffective problem identification and solution skills
