Join our Hybrid Cloud dynamic team as a Customer Technology Advisor and become an integral part of our cutting-edge consulting and Go-To-Market teams. Being a certified expert in your field, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing technology solutions for our valued customers. Working hand in hand with our Kyndryl Consult Partners and Customer Partners, you will leverage your technical and solutioning expertise to drive targeted opportunities and exceed customer expectations.
Through your extensive technical knowledge of the Hybrid Cloud and associated domains, you will enhance the development of profitable deals that drive our success. You will leverage your exceptional customer-facing skills and your articulate communication style to convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, matching the unique needs of each customer. To do so, you will employ your abilities for swift customer interaction, precise requirement gathering, compelling proposal development and engaging presentation delivery.
As a strategic thinker, you will become a trusted advisor for both our sales team and our customers and will be responsible for aligning business needs with the technical offerings and proposals of the company. You will lead a team of consultants and architects who you will coordinate in the entire pre-sales process, including all necessary actions to showcase and execute our eminence in the industry.
Moreover, you will actively build and nurture relationships with our external alliance partners, fostering a collaborative environment where joint solutions are co-created.

Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree
• 7 years of experience (minimum) in consultative selling experience for multi-industry customers
• Deep knowledge of service offerings and technical solutions in Hybrid Cloud technology
• Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions
• Externally recognized as an expert in the technology and/or solutioning areas, including technical certifications supporting subdomain focus area(s) including: Virtualization; Private and Public Cloud; High Performance Computing; Artificial Intelligence; Security and Resiliency; Data and Analytics
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Master’s degree
• Over 10 years of experience selling technical services for multi-industry customers
• Cerfications or experience in the following focus area(s): Mainframe and Mission Critical; Digital Workplace; Network and Edge;
