Job Description

The Trainer II is responsible for delivering client focused training to address the new hire, product update and recursive training requirement of Concentrix in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation with best in class service and delivery. This position requires attaining and maintaining certification in the Trainer Certification Program (101/102), provides mentoring to Program Ready Trainers, curriculum review and modification as needed, and evaluation of training programs using various feedback methods.

We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Customer Support Trainer.

Job Description

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, customer-focused training, including onboarding for new employees, product knowledge updates, and regular training sessions to improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting interactive training sessions using modern educational methods and techniques

Monitoring participants’ progress, providing feedback, and recommending improvements

Preparing, modifying, and presenting training materials through various educational methods

Collaborating with operations to ensure a smooth transition from training to the production environment

Proactively maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and processes

Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback analysis, surveys, and implementing adjustments

Requirements

Experience in training methodology and soft skills (communication, critical thinking, time management, teamwork) is preferred

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Independence, proactive approach, attention to detail, and effective time management

Czech language at C2 level and English B2 level

On-site work in Brno - must be able to commute or relocate
