Our client, a leading organization in Automotive manufacturinng is seeking a Customer Support Specialist 5 to join their team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting clients and ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Support Specialist 5
**Location: Complete remote**
**Pay Range:** $25 - $30 /hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
+ Handle and resolve complaints related to service or billing issues
+ Determine the customer's issue and offer possible solutions or follow-up as needed
+ Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and planned adjustments
+ Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
**What's Needed?**
+ Verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
+ Accurate documentation and record-keeping skills
+ Previous experience with computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software
+ High school diploma or GED preferred
+ 10+ years of customer service-related experience required
