Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Customer Support and Trade Compliance Senior Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, full regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of our customer and trade-related processes.
This position combines operational ownership with process development, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building efficient, scalable, and compliant processes.
Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Strategic Supply Unit, MOIM.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Processing orders end to end by coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Suppliers and other internal teams to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
Analyze existing customer support and trade compliance processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement areas and to ensure smooth order management
Lead and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance speed, accuracy, and productivity
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
Closely cooperate with Transportation and Logistics team to ensure efficient and compliant processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end compliance across order fulfilment.
Support document control, classification, screening activities, and compliance checks.Ensure adherence to all applicable customs, export control, and sanctions regulations.
Participate in cross-functional transformation projects focused on operational excellence.
Qualifications for the role
You have at least 5 years years of experience in customer support, order management, logistics operations, or trade compliance.
You are highly skilled in and you enjoy working with customer support processes, trade compliance methodologies, continuous improvement, ERP systems (SAP) in a global industrial/manufacturing market.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP & MS Office.
You are passionate about problem‑solving, cross‑functional collaboration, process improvement, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related discipline.
You are at ease communicating in English.
