Customer Support Analyst (MBA Operations Graduates with Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain)

Zycus is hiring Customer Support Analysts for our global customers (post implementation). This role is ideal for MBA professionals with a procurement, supply chain, or operations background who want to move into procurement technology and play a strategic role in shaping how global enterprises run procurement. As part of Zycus’ Global Technical Account Management (TAM) team, you will work with Fortune 500 customers, using your functional knowledge to solve real procurement process challenges while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.You’ll be the functional bridge between global customers and the product using your procurement knowledge to solve complex process and system challenges.
As a Customer Support Analyst (TAM) at Zycus, you will: Work closely with global customers to understand their procurement processes, system configurations, and usage patterns across Zycus applications such as Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Support post-implementation customers by analyzing and resolving functional, process, and system-related issues Actively collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Account Managers to deliver effective and scalable solutions Plan, estimate, and execute change requests, enhancements, and service initiatives Identify recurring patterns in customer-raised issues and drive permanent, root-cause solutions Conduct business process mapping, requirements gathering, configuration, documentation, testing, and user/supplier enablement Deliver quarterly release training and enablement to help customers adopt new capabilities Leverage AI agents and automation to improve efficiency, analytics, and customer outcomes Contribute to best practices, customer KYC documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives Build strong expertise in Zycus platforms, incident management tools, analytics, and reporting frameworksWhat We’re Looking For: MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, or related disciplines Hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or operations teams Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Ability to work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teamsWe are not looking for product experts — we are looking for procurement thinkers. You’ll use your functional knowledge to support enterprise customers, solve real procurement process issues, and work closely with product and engineering teams. We don’t expect prior product experience — we will train you on the platform.
