Our client, a leading food manufacturing company in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be part of the Field Operations Department supporting Customer Service and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, technical proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Success Specialist
**Location:** Buffalo, NY
**Pay Range:** $24/hour
**Shift:** Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm
**Contract duration:** 5-6 months
**What’s the Job?**
+ Serve as the primary liaison between Field Operations and Customer Service through the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) model
+ Provide proactive support and timely issue resolution to enhance the customer experience
+ Analyze performance data using Excel to generate service insights and identify trends
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize supply chain processes and improve service delivery
+ Support inventory and logistics management to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred)
+ 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Service, or Account Management—preferably in DSD or supply chain
+ Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
+ Solid understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations
+ Strong adaptability and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
