Customer Success Executive
Job Description Insight Global is looking for 3 Customer Success Executives to join a growing sales team at one of our enterprise logistics clients. This entry-level role blends inside sales with aspects of account management. You will be responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) in Mississauga. Skills and Requirements - 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales) -Strong organization and time management skills -Coachability and willingness to learn -Grit, tenacity, and ability to meet KPIs -Professional communication skills -Ability to think strategically and influence stakeholders -Proficiency in CRM systems and Outlook -Experience managing large portfolios ($6–$10M) -Familiarity with Excel -Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales -Strong email organization and CRM management skills
